Apple Airpods Pro 2

Apple Airpods 2

Hey y’all, Liz here! Just wanted to drop in and share my two cents about the new Apple AirPods Pro 2 that I picked up recently. I reckon it’s about time I treated myself to a little upgrade, especially since my old earbuds were about as reliable as a screen door on a submarine (if you know what I mean).

So, here’s the lowdown on these fancy little gadgets. First off, let me tell ya, the noise cancellation on these babies is something else. I’m talking about sitting-in-your-own-little-world kind of silence. We flew home from Jackson last weekend and there was a baby, I guess, with an ear infection sitting right behind me screaming. I put the airpods in, turned on the ANC, and I was able to enjoy the movies – and it was like sitting in a movie theater.

Now, the AirPods Pro 2 ain’t just about blocking out noise, they also have this neat Transparency mode. It lets you hear what’s around you without having to pull out an earbud. Super handy when I’m out jogging and need to be aware of my surroundings, or when Sally shouts from the other room because she can’t find her favorite teddy bear… again.

Speaking of little Sally, these earbuds have been a savior during those long nights when she just won’t settle down. I just pop these in, turn on some soothing tunes, and it’s like I’m in a spa, not a war zone.

The sound quality? Honey, it’s like you’re in the front row of a concert. Whether I’m jamming to some country hits or catching up on my favorite podcasts, everything sounds just right. And with the personalized spatial audio, it feels like I’m right there at the concert or sitting across from the podcast host.

With an estimated battery life of about 6 hours with noise cancellation on, and up to 30 hours with the case, I will say this: I’ve definitely gone a couple of days without scrambling for a charger, so that’s a win in my book.

They’ve also included a bunch of different tip sizes, so you can find the perfect fit. No more sore ears after listening for a long time, which is more than I can say for most earbuds I’ve owned.

Now, they ain’t cheap, that’s for sure. But considering how much I use them and all the features they pack, I reckon they’re worth the splurge. Plus, they’re sweat and water-resistant, which is great because y’all know how hot and sticky it can get here in Mississippi.

So, if you’re on the fence about getting a pair, I’d say go for it. Whether you’re looking to tune out the noise, enjoy some quality tunes, or just make your day-to-day a little easier, these AirPods Pro 2 might just be what you’re looking for.

Alright, that’s enough rambling from me today. Catch y’all later!

XOXO, Liz
